Furthermore, in the explanation given by the second speaker Isnaeni Hamidi that good financial management for migrant workers is the key to a better future survival. By wisely managing their income, migrant workers can avoid the risk of financial hardship, build sustainable savings, and invest in education and skills to increase their economic potential. Adequate financial literacy is a strong foundation to achieve a brighter and more sustainable future for them and their families back home.

The socialization was conducted through various educative and participatory methods. The ICS research team presented informative materials on the importance of financial literacy, smart financial management and sustainable investment. Participants were provided with financial skills training, discussion sessions, and opportunities to share their experiences and challenges in managing their finances while working outside the village.

This socialization involved the active role of the village government, namely the Kadus Kr. Anyar Baret, Mr. Marwan, and representatives of migrant workers. In this way, it is hoped that an inclusive and collaborative environment can be created in an effort to improve the financial literacy of migrant workers and achieve sustainable resource management in Mamben Lauk Village.
